About
I'm Joe Manolakis. I earned my A+ certification in high school, then spent seven years as an F15 crew chief in the Massachusetts Air National Guard (Westfield ANG), followed by three-plus years as a technical expert at Apple's Genius Bar.
From there I moved into logistics — Quality Assurance Coordinator at A Duie Pyle, then LTL terminal supervisor. I'm currently a Transportation Manager at JB Hunt.
I'm back in school now finishing a bachelor's degree in IT, working my way back toward hands-on technical work. What I bring is years of Tier 2 IT experience combined with years of managing people and operations — the technical range and the professionalism to back it up, whether that's fixing what's broken, securing what matters, or building something new.
