I'm Joe Manolakis — an entrepreneur who finds problems worth solving and builds the tools to solve them. The product comes second. The opportunity always comes first.

I look for gaps where real people are underserved — where the incumbent solution is too slow, too expensive, or simply doesn't exist yet. Then I move fast: validate the problem, design around the customer, and get something working in front of the right people. Distribution and monetization are part of the plan from day one, not an afterthought.

I'm not interested in building for the sake of building. Every project has to answer a real need, reach a real customer, and create real value. That's the standard I hold myself to.
